GlowSign Terms — Acceptance of Terms

By using GlowSign, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

If you are under the age required to consent in your jurisdiction, you may use GlowSign only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

GlowSign Terms — Description of Service

GlowSign is an iOS application that lets you create, customize, and display digital fan signs on your iPhone or iPad. Features include sign editing, Concert Mode, saved signs, setlists, themes, and optional GlowSign Pro upgrades.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of GlowSign at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes when possible.

GlowSign Terms — Your Content

You retain ownership of the messages and fan sign content you create in GlowSign. Your content is stored locally on your device.

You are solely responsible for the content you display with GlowSign and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws, venue rules, and event policies.

GlowSign Terms — Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GlowSign to:

• Display unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing content.
• Interfere with the safety or enjoyment of others at events or venues.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from GlowSign except where permitted by law.
• Use GlowSign in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

GlowSign Terms — GlowSign Pro & Purchases

GlowSign offers optional paid features through GlowSign Pro, including premium themes, advanced animations, export options, unlimited signs, and custom setlists.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Pricing, available plans, and renewal terms are displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Lifetime access, when offered, is a one-time purchase as described in the app.
• Restore purchases using the in-app restore option if you reinstall GlowSign or switch devices.

GlowSign Terms — Intellectual Property

GlowSign, including its design, software, themes, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in GlowSign beyond a limited license to use the app for personal, non-commercial fan sign purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

GlowSign Terms — Third-Party Services

GlowSign integrates with Apple App Store services and RevenueCat for purchase verification. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and policies.

GlowSign Terms — Disclaimer of Warranties

GlowSign is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that GlowSign will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every venue, lighting condition, or device configuration.

GlowSign Terms — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of GlowSign, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

GlowSign Terms — Termination

You may stop using GlowSign at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use GlowSign in a harmful or unlawful manner.

GlowSign Terms — Changes to These Terms

We may update these GlowSign Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of GlowSign after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
