This GlowSign Privacy Policy explains how GlowSign ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the GlowSign iOS app and website (together, the "Service"). GlowSign is designed with privacy in mind: your fan signs are stored locally on your device, and no account is required.

GlowSign is built to work without collecting personal information from you to create or display fan signs.
Information stored on your device
- Fan sign messages, styles, themes, and setlists you create in GlowSign.
- App preferences and settings you configure within GlowSign.

- If you contact us for support, we receive the information you include in your email (such as your email address and message content).
- If you enable optional diagnostic details in feedback emails, device and app version information may be included to help us troubleshoot.
Subscription and purchase information
- GlowSign Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details.
- Subscription status may be verified through Apple's and RevenueCat's purchase infrastructure when you buy or restore GlowSign Pro.
Website analytics
- Our website may use privacy-friendly analytics (such as Plausible) to understand general traffic patterns. This does not include the content of your GlowSign messages.

Your GlowSign fan signs are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad using on-device storage. They are not uploaded to our servers for normal app use.
iCloud sync is not enabled in the current version of GlowSign. Your signs remain on the device where you create them unless you delete the app or remove them yourself.

- With Apple and RevenueCat to process and verify in-app purchases for GlowSign Pro.
